Easy smoothie for a breakfast

Banana Mango Smoothie
(Makes 2 large smoothies)
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango
1 large banana
1 TB chia seeds
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup almond milk (or regular or coconut milk)
favorite optional add-in: 1-2 drops Orange or Lemon essential oil
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Avocado Mango Smoothie
(Makes 2 large smoothies)
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 pitted avocado
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup almond milk (regular milk or coconut milk also works great)
1-2 TB honey
favorite optional add-in: 2-4 drops Orange essential oil
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Banana Split Smoothie
(Makes 2 large smoothies)
Ingredients:
3/4 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 large banana, sliced
1 cup chocolate milk
( chocolate almond and or coconut milk are awesome too!)
1 TB honey
(optional: Cherry, whipped cream and sprinkles)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve as is or with optional cherry and whipped cream.

Sunburst Smoothie
(makes 2 large smoothies)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup baby carrots
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 TB honey
1 TB Chia or Flax Seed
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt.
favorite optional add-in: 1-2 drops Orange essential oil
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ( or 2-3 drops of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil)
1 frozen banana (or fresh banana, but add in 3-4 ice cubes with fresh)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
